Tabitha McMillan
Office Administrator
Tabitha serves as office administrator for Ageless Regenerative Medical in Nashville, TN, where she transitioned the practice management platform from a paper chart system into a dynamic and fully functioning EMR. She manages account payables and receivables; maintains supply chain protocol and peptide inventory; provides business and marketing support; renovated unused office building into sophisticated, high-end operational clinic; and assists with sending out prescriptions, ordering medical supplies and supplements, and scheduling lab reviews. She earned her Associates Degree in Health Information Technology from Rasmussen University in December 2017, where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA and was accepted into Rasmussen Leadership Academy. In addition, Tabitha is certified in medical billing and coding as well as CPR. Previously, she worked as admissions coordinator for Mirror Lake Recovery Center and as medical office manager for Forever & Everwell, Inc. In her free time, Tabitha enjoys spending time with family, kayaking, and taking mini vacations to aquariums and zoos.
