Your weight loss program begins with a review of your medical history, an evaluation of your lifestyle choices, a physical exam, and state-of-the-art testing. Based on the results, your provider individualizes your plan, creating a 3-month program that produces sustainable weight loss.

Your program includes:
- Consultations with an experienced wellness practitioner
- You have an initial consultation and biweekly follow-up sessions with Jan throughout your 3-month program.
Weight loss strategies
Weight loss strategies encompass nutrition, exercise, detoxification, sleep habits, stress reduction, and improving your gut microbiome. You receive a customized packet of information detailing the steps of your weight loss plan.

You have extensive bloodwork so we can identify problems that may affect your general health, as well as your weight loss. Your bloodwork includes:
